These Terms & Conditions govern all use of dstdigitizing.net and our embroidery digitizing services, including our ready-made design store and custom digitizing orders. By accessing the site, purchasing a design, or requesting a quote, you accept these terms.
1. Services
DST Digitizing offers two types of services on this site:
- Ready-Made Designs: pre-digitized embroidery files (flags, holiday designs, and other categories) available for instant purchase and download.
- Custom Digitizing: your artwork or logo converted into a machine-ready embroidery file via our Get a Quote form, expert-digitized by hand in Universal formats (DST, PES, EXP, and others as requested).
2. Ordering
Ready-Made Designs: add your selected design(s) to cart and complete checkout. Files are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation — no physical item is shipped.
Custom Digitizing:
- Submit your artwork and complete specifications (size, placement, format) via Get a Quote.
- Ensure all information is accurate before checkout — incorrect specifications may affect turnaround or require a revision.
- Turnaround begins after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is 4–12 hours depending on design complexity.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Ready-made designs are sold at the price listed on each product page at time of purchase.
- Custom digitizing orders are priced based on the specifications and quote confirmed before work begins.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Full payment is required before file delivery.
- We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; we do not store full card data.
4. Revisions
Custom digitizing orders include free, unlimited revisions to bring the file in line with your original specifications. Requests that introduce a new design direction or artwork outside the original brief may be treated as a new order and quoted separately. Ready-made designs are sold as-is; since these are pre-digitized files rather than custom work, they are not eligible for revision requests.
5. Refunds
All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
- For custom orders, you must own or have legal rights to use any artwork submitted.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate copyright or trademark law.
7. Usage Rights
All digitized files — whether ready-made or custom — are licensed to you for your own embroidery production use. Resale or redistribution of our design files, in whole or in part, without written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for production errors resulting from incorrect machine settings, unsupported hoop/fabric combinations, or misuse of delivered files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in dispute.
9. Privacy
Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site signifies acceptance of any changes.
